behavior of nanograined W-xCu (x=15, 20, 25) composite powder
produced by mechanical alloying was studied. The results show
that sintering densification of nanograined powder is largely
dependent on sintering temperature and time. Relative density
rises from 91%94% to 97%98% when sintering temperature increases
from 1150℃

barium titanate ceramics was sintered by using 34.5 GHz
millimeter wave radiation and conventional sintering
respectively. Dielectric properties of pure barium titanate
ceramics prepared by the above methods were analyzed and
compared. The effect of millimeter wave sintering on the
microstructure and the dielectric properties of the ceramics is
discussed.
