环境正义表示环境资源法应该合乎自然,即合乎自然生态规律、社会经济规律和环境规律。环境正义既是将环境资源法学与整个法学联系起来的基本理念,也是将环境安全、环境公平、环境秩序、环境民主、环境效率和可持续发展等各种环境资源法学理念有机联系起来的基本理念。
译文：Environmental justice shows that environment and resources law should conform to ecological law, social economic law and environment law. Environmental justice is the basic idea which not only links the environment and resources law with the whole legal science, but also organically links with the ideas of legal science of environment and resources law, such as environmental safety, environmental fairness, environmental order, environmental efficiency and sustainable development.
地质环境是天然环境的一个组成部分，是人类居住和赖以生存的浅部地质空间。地质环境具有如下特征：空间性，其上限为地表，其下限视研究目的而定；稳定性，其环境要素是相对。稳定的；可变性，地质作用及人类活动可能改变局部地质环境；系统性，地质环境是一个由生物因素和非生物因素组成的环境系统，该系统本身具有恢复调节功能。
